Guidelines and Tools

ImageHow do we engage with people who don’t usually come to our adult learning opportunities? What can we do to find out what their needs are and how to remove the barriers?

This short publication brings together ideas and suggestions from ‘the experts’. We asked people working with traditionally excluded groups how they reach their clients successfully and provide accessible services. This practical collection of guidelines and tools summarises their responses, gives contact details and a case study to help you get started.
