It was hot, too hot….
A fine sunny day in Haddington. Perfect weather for their Saturday festival in the park, possibly too warm for us runners.
I had decided to start slowly in the hope of finishing well. In the event, I started slowly, got slower and finished badly.
Good to see Audrey back running in races. She was followed home by Jean and Lil, looking very dashing in her sun specs.
Good to catch up with all the HELP and Dunbar runners. Looking forward to the East Lothian Summer Series.
