The last Junior session before Easter will be on Wednesday 1st April.  There will be no Wednesday night training sessions on the 8th or 15th April. The first Wednesday back will be a JSB Sports League meet (see below). If your club tracksuit is getting too small, bring it along on a Wednesday evening and we will swap it for a bigger size!

The proposed dates for this year’s events are:

Festival Races - Saturday 25th July

Musselburgh and District Athletic Club will be hosting the ‘Musselburgh Festival Races’ on Saturday afternoon, 25th July. The start and finish of the race will be at Loretto School’s playing fields on New Street.
The 10k Race starts at 10.30 am and the Fun Run at 12 noon.  We need lots of help on the day to make sure the Races are a success that Musselburgh and District Athletic Club can be proud of. We are looking for help with registration, marshalling the course, staffing water tables, handing out Goody Bags, etc. In addition this year we will be providing teas and cakes after the race. To make this a success we need home baking and help organising the teas on the day.
We hope you will be able to spare a couple of hours – the Club depends on you!!
If you can help in any way, please speak to Jan Oliver or Gordon Eadie.
